Sharing Assembly

We hope that you all enjoyed our sharing assembly Mrs Bentley and Mrs Orchard were very proud of our wonderful speaking, and we had a special snack to celebrate.

As well as practising our assembly this week we have been writing non- chronological reports in English about castles. We wrote an introduction in our report and then used sub headings to write a paragraph about a specific fact about castles.

In Dance we have been learning a Scottish dance. It was tricky to keep in time to the music as the tempo was very quick, but it was good fun dancing with a partner.

Thank you for all the bottle donations for the school bazaar on Saturday. We are looking forward to buying the decoration we have made.

This week's Learning Owl is Zanthi who has been trying so hard to concentrate with her learning. Well done and have fun with Snowy.

  1. What a fantastic Sharing Assembly, Beech. I was so impressed with your confident speaking.
I really enjoyed our science lesson this week, too. You made good predictions about which materials would make a good umbrella for the Queen.
